GK+ is a goalkeeper development centre for young keepers in London and on the South Coast of the UK. We built it around one idea: as a unique position in football, goalkeepers deserve coaching specifically for them, not something a team session squeezes in at the end.

Why GK+

The plus is the difference

The plus is everything that surrounds and supports the work on the pitch, because we look at the whole player and the whole person: technical, tactical, physical, psychological, cognitive and social.

    Education

    From U12, an educational block before training covers the session theme, decision-making, physical preparation, recovery and nutrition.

    Video of real situations, theirs and the professionals', connects what a keeper sees and understands with what they practise.

    Testing and assessment

    Initial assessments and goalkeeper-specific testing show where each keeper starts, so progress is measured, not guessed.

    Every keeper works to their own development plan, with clear targets, coach feedback and time to reflect.

    Progress tracking and digital support

    Coach notes and video feedback live in each keeper's member account, so families can follow progress over time.

The GK+ way

More than goalkeeper training

We do not simply provide goalkeeper training. We create a structured goalkeeper development environment: a progressive curriculum, one consistent coaching language, performance analysis, physical preparation, education, testing and progress tracking, all held together by a professional methodology and a focus on each keeper's long-term development.
