How it's built

More than a training session

There are many sides to a goalkeeper, so we develop them all: physically, technically, tactically and socially. Every keeper gets an individual plan with holistic development at its centre, and technical pitch sessions are complemented by a short learning block before training.

What you get

What a keeper gets from day one

These are the parts of the environment that are built in from the start. Not extras, and not something that arrives later.

  • Physical development, built in

Movement, strength and athleticism are part of the programme, led by our performance staff. Not an afterthought.

  • A learning block before training

Keepers learn the position off the pitch too, with time set aside to think about the game before they play it.

  • Assessment and reflection

We look at where each keeper starts the season, and we reflect honestly on how far they have come.

  • Development plans and feedback reports

Every keeper has their own plan, and you hear how it is going in plain words.

  • Communication with parents

You are never left guessing. We keep you in the picture about your child's development.
