Your account
Accounts are personal to you and are administered by the academy. The academy assigns roles, sets up teams and rosters, and can change or remove your access. Keep your sign-in details private to your household — for a young keeper the account may be operated by their parent or guardian — and never share them with anyone else.
Acceptable use
- Do not share a player’s training footage with anyone outside that player’s circle (the player, their coaches, and academy admins).
- Do not write abusive, offensive, or inappropriate notes, and do not include medical or other sensitive personal details in notes.
- Use the platform only for the academy’s legitimate training activities.
Pilot service
This platform is provided during a pilot on an “as is” basis, without warranties. Features may change and occasional interruptions may occur. Please report any problems to the academy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the courts of England and Wales.
